500 hour modular training. The modular nature of the course means that there are 2 intake possibilities each year. The intake dates are November 2015, May 2016 and January 2017. Trainings will run in Stirling and Brighton concurrently. Clear anatomical explanations of the conditions that lead to support and movement through release – revealing the nature of the original yoga techniques. Practise sessions will form the heart of the course to develop direct experiential understanding of the principal asanas, pranayamas, meditations and relaxation techniques. A Foundation Module followed by the Completion Phase take a total of 22 weekends plus one 7 day intensive either in Italy or Isle of Wight, offering an opportunity to significantly deepen understanding and experience of yoga, whilst nurturing the ability to share this work with others.
