LYTTC Anatomy - The Wave of the Breath  with Giovanni Felicionni.

This experiential anatomy workshop will explore the dynamics of breathing and orientation in gravity. The discussion will review flexion and extension but in relation to breathing. An exploration of the main structures of breathing and how they link to the autonomic nervous system. The workshop is open to non-trainees as an individual anatomy course. £45 per talk, £188 for the full course.
